The aim of the study is to investigate the impacts of training on the implementation of Government policy by Secondary School principals, a case study of Kyuso District , Kitui County. The objectives of the study will be to establish the impact of training on the implementation of Government policy by secondary school principals with a bias of Kyuso District Kitui County. The study will employ a descriptive survey design and make use of both qualitative and quantitative approaches to collect data. The locale of the study is Kyuso District Kitui county in Eastern province.
