HIV/AIDS pandemic is a disaster that is continuing to disrupt many sectors of the country’s economic growth and development. Among those sectors are the education and approximately 1.5 million Kenyans die of HIV/AIDS yearly. Among those affected and die include parents, curriculum developers, teachers and students. The objectives of the study are to determine the effects of HIV/AIDS on performance in secondary schools in Kaloleni constituency, Kilifi County. With a sample of ten secondary schools that the study will use the raw data obtained will be analyzed and presented in form of pie charts and tables.
