This study analyzed effectiveness of stakeholders’ collaboration in the management of public secondary schools in Loitokitok sub-county. Effective management is undoubtedly a prerequisite to the success of schools in all its spheres of operation. Positive involvement of the main stakeholders in the management of schools especially BOM determines the effectiveness of school management.
