Radical reactions of titanium(III) [Ti(<sup><i>t</i>Bu2</sup>O<sub>2</sub>NN′)Cl(S)] (S = THF, <b>1</b>; S = py, <b>2</b>; <sup><i>t</i>Bu2</sup>O<sub>2</sub>NN′ = Me<sub>2</sub>N(CH<sub>2</sub>)<sub>2</sub>N(CH<sub>2</sub>-2-O-3,5-<sup><i>t</i></sup>Bu<sub>2</sub>C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>2</sub>)<sub>2</sub>) are described.
