No detection of significant change in body weight of vaccinated mice. 5 ~ 8 weeks old female C57BL/6 mice (5 mice/group) was vaccinated with 25 μg/mouse of pNGVL4a-Sig/E7(detox)/HSP70 DNA in 50 μl three times (A). Another group of mice was vaccinated with 25 μg/mouse of TA-CIN protein in 20 μl three times (B).
