Optimization of biotinylated antibody and streptavidin-HRP.

<p>Two different dilutions of biotinylated antibody (1:500 and 1:1000) were coated onto ELISA plates. Different dilutions of streptavidin-HRP (1:1000, 1:5000, and 1:10000) were added and the interaction between biotinylated antibody and streptavidin-HRP was detected.
