<p>The growth of 4T1 (A) and RM11 (B) tumors in SCID integrin α11 wild type (WT) and SCID integrin α11-deficient (α11-KO) mice. A total of 1 x 10<sup>6</sup> 4T1 and 3 x 10<sup>5</sup> RM11 cells were injected into the mammary fat pad and subcutaneously in the mouse flank, respectively. Endpoint values in the 4T1 model include tumors that were harvested on days 17 and 18. Mean ± SEM. * p < 0.04, ** p < 0.02.</p
