Elevated expression of miR-138 enhance the chemosensitivity of osteosarcoma cells to cisplatin by its target EZH2.

<p>(A) (B) MG-63 stably expressing miR-NC or miR-138 were pretreated with various concentration of cisplatin for 48h, and subjected to CCK-8 Assay. (C) (D) MG-63 and U2OS stably expressing miR-NC, miR-138 or miR-138 forced expression of EZH2 were pretreated with 5 μM of cisplatin for definite time points, and subjected to CCK-8 Assay, apoptosis analysis by flow cytometry(E). MG-63 cells stably expressing miR-NC or miR-138 were transfected with 2 mg pCMV6 vector, pCMV6 –EZH2 cDNA plasmid and cultured with or without cisplatin.
