<p>The splenocytes from MRL-<i>lpr</i> mice (14–16wks) were treated with either scrambled control antagomirs or specific antagomirs against individual DLK1-Dio3 miRNA for 24hrs, and then stimulated with LPS (500 ng/ml) for 48hrs. The production levels of IFNγ (A), IL1β (B), IL-6 (C), IL-10 (D), and TNFα (E) in the culture supernatants were measured by Ciraplex® Chemiluminescent multiplex cytokine assay. The graphs show means ± SEM (n = 4 each). The cytokine level in specific antagomir-treated cells was shown as the percentage of scrambled control antagomir-treated cells. Paired student <i>t</i> tests were performed (scrambled control <i>vs</i> specific antagomirs); *, <i>p</i> < 0.05; and **, <i>p</i> < 0.01.</p
