EGFR Inhibition Results in Reduced Infectivity of RSV A2-2-20F and A2-2-20GF.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Serum-starved H292 cells were pre-treated for 1 h with DMSO vehicle or the indicated concentrations of AG1478 prior to infection with RSV A2, A2-2-20F, or RSV A2-2-20GF at an MOI of 1. Following 24 h of infection in the presence of inhibitor, cells were harvested and evaluated for infection by flow cytometry for mKate2 expression. The percent infectivity was normalized to infectivity of the strain in vehicle treatment.
