Detection of peak genomic region of QTL of cross sections of femurs in mice using RI strains.

<p>The numbers on bottom of each figure indicate the megabases. Pink color lines on top indicate the threshold for significant level. Light grey lines indicate the threshold for suggestive level. From the top to the bottom panel, are the results from reduction of 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 strains (with actual strain number of 45, 44, 40, 39, 38, 37, and 36 in each test) from a total of 46 strains. These figures show that the peak region of the QTL was mapped to the same location from these tests.
