Cell cycle analysis of APY606-treated cells.

<p>Capan-1 and SW1990 cell lines were treated with indicated concentrations of APY606 for 24 h. Representative percentages of cell populations in G1, S, and G2 phases of the cell cycle in the two cell lines were analyzed by flow cytometry (A). G1-S transition-related proteins were analyzed using Western blotting assay (B). Similar experiments were repeated at least three times with similar results, and the representative blots were presented. β-actin was used as the internal control. Relative density of target protein was quantitated and plotted (C).
