Induction of COX-2 expression in HT-29 cell line by LPS.

<p>(A) Schematic representation of human COX-2 gene. Location of primers used for quantitative qRT-PCR (COX2F and COX2R) and ChIP assays (pCXF and pCXR) are indicated.
