Novel magnetic hollow molecularly imprinted polymers (M-H-MIPs) were proposed for highly selective recognition and fast enrichment of triazines in food samples. M-H-MIPs were prepared on the basis of multi-step swelling polymerization, followed by <i>in situ</i> growth of magnetic Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanoparticles on the surface of hollow molecularly imprinted polymers (H-MIPs). Transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy confirmed the successful immobilization of Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanoparticles on the surface of H-MIPs.
