<p>Expression of TLR4, MyD88 and NF-kB (A)mRNA and (B) protein in the maternal surfaces of placentae, which showed significantly increases in GDM placentae than the control. And these expression as (C) mRNA and (D) protein in the fetal section of placentae showed a similar trends but not reached significantly differences.
