Abstract

<p>(<b>A</b>) To validate that the ME-Model accurately quantifies protein cost, we compare the predicted effect of un-utilized protein (β-Galactosidase) overexpression (red squares) to experimental measurements (blue circles). Experimental data is obtained from Scott et al.
