An arrow indicates a fructan of DP 10 present in both chromatograms <b>(A)</b> and <b>(B)</b>. <b>(C)</b> shows a significant increase in the average fructan DP from T1 plants to T4 plants (Student t-test, ***: P < 0.001).</p
