Determination by MALDI-ToF-MS of Fructan DP from Aloe vera plants subjected to different irrigation treatments.

<p>The spectra from T1 <b>(A)</b> and T4 <b>(B)</b> plants show a clear increase of DP from fructans of Aloe vera plants grown in T4 compared to T1 treatment. An insert of a sub-section (between 2400 and 3500 m/z) of each chromatogram is shown by the dotted lines.
