Targeted tubular Ang-1 upregulation suppresses UUO-induced inflammation.

<p>P8TA/Ang-1 and control (Ang-1/+ or P8TA/+) mice exposed to 8 weeks of DOX underwent either sham operation or 7 days of UUO (n = 6 mice/group). Kidneys were harvested for both IF staining and mRNA quantification at 12 weeks of age. (A) IF staining for F4/80 (red) on paraffin kidney sections from the indicated groups.
