<p>(A) WT (littermate controls), β6 KO, IFNAR KO, or β6/IFNAR KO mice were intranasally inoculated with CA/09 H1N1 influenza virus (10<sup>4</sup> TCID<sub>50</sub>) and monitored for survival for 12 dpi. Data are pooled from 2 independent experiments with n = 5–7 mice per group. p < 0.01 by log rank (Mantel-Cox) test. (B) Alveolar macrophages were analyzed from WT (littermate controls), β6 KO, IFNAR KO, and β6/IFNAR double KO mice.</p
