<p>Cell proliferation in HepG2 (A), Huh 7 (B) and Hep3B (C) treated with Everolimus, Sirolimus and Tacrolimus. Measurement of the percentage of cells distributed in G₀/G₁ (D), S (E) and G_2+M (F) phases of cell cycle in HepG2 cells. Cell proliferation was determined by bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation (A-C) and cell cycle distribution by DNA staining using propidium iodide (D-F) as described in Material and Methods. Cell proliferation was determined at 12 h after treatment (0, 10 nM, 100 nM, 1 μM, 10 μM and 100 μM). Data are expressed as mean ± SEM. The groups with symbol are statistically different (*p≤0.05, **p≤0.01 or ***p≤0.001) compared with their corresponding control. The groups with different letter (a, b, c or d) were significantly different (<i>p</i> ≤ 0.05) compared to other groups within the same drug concentration.
