A global fitted spectrum including metabolites and macromolecules was generated (“Fitted”). A second fitted spectrum corresponding to macromolecules signals only (“Macromolecules”) was produced and subtracted from the global fitted spectrum. The residue shows residual metabolites signals after subtraction of fitted metabolites and macromolecules signals.
