Cytotoxic immune responses induced by CD28 CAR-modified CIKZ cells.

Results of flow cytometric analysis of CD19 expression on 4 different types of cancer cells are shown in (A) and the specificity of anti-CD19 CAR is demonstrated in (B), after co-culturing with CD19-negative cells pCRC7 colorectal cancer cells and K562 cells and CD19-positive Raji and Daudi cells. Mean IFNγ spots per 1 x 10⁶ CIKZ cells ± SD from triplicate cultures are shown.
