Plasma TNFα levels of endotoxin-injected male and female mice with different IL10 genotypes.

<p>(A,B,C) The adult mice were 9–10 weeks old and young mice were 5–6 weeks old. The TNFα levels were determined in plasma samples collected at three hours after the injection of endotoxin, LPS, at 20 EU/g. TNFα plasma values shown are mean±SD of <i>n</i> = 5–8 mice in each group. Student’s <i>t</i>-test was used to determine the effect of gender. *: significantly different at p<0.05.
