<p>NRK 52E cells were pre-incubated with TGF-β1 (10 ng/ml) and treated with QSYQ (20 μg/ml) 0, 12, and 24h after TGF-β1 incubation, respectively. Cells were harvested 36 h after TGF-β1 stimulation for real-time PCR and 48 h after TGF-β1 stimulation for Western blot analysis, respectively.
