<p>Induced expression of neural markers in hESC-derived neural stem cells. Neural differentiation of hESCs was confirmed by examining the expression of neural markers. <b>A</b>. Nestin and SOX7 and <b>B</b>. beta-tubulin and Musashi expressions were noticeably increased in rosettes and NPCs. SOX2 expression remained high in pluripotent hESCs and also hESC-derived neural lineage cells. Cells were counterstained with DAPI for nuclei (scale bar, 50 μm).</p
