Field-collected Mimulus guttatus plants from Iron Mountain (IM; N=48) and Cone Peak (CP; N=39) populations in the Oregon Cascades, USA, were genotyped at 20 length-polymorphic exon-primed nuclear markers. Population and plant identifiers are listed in column A.
