TCS1 physically and genetically interacts with KCBP to control the number of trichome branches.

<p>(A) TCS1 interacts with KCBP in yeast cells. (B) TCS1 physically interacts with KCBP <i>in vitro</i>. MBP-TCS1 was pulled down (PD) by GST-KCBP immobilized on Glutathione Sepharose 4B and analyzed by immunoblotting (IB) using an anti-MBP antibody. MBP was used as a negative control. (C) TCS1 interacts with KCBP <i>in vivo</i>. Total proteins from <i>pTCS1</i>:<i>TCS1-GFP;35SMyc-KCBP</i> and <i>35S</i>:<i>GFP; 35SMyc-KCBP</i> plants were immunoprecipitated with GFP-Trap-A (IP), and the immunoblots (IB) were probed with anti-GFP and anti-Myc antibodies, respectively.
