Ouabain treatment increases sodium uptake by inhibiting Na/K ATPase. FACS analysis of Intracellular Na+ uptake using the cell permeant Sodium Green Tetra-acetate in (PTC) cells from NK and CKD kidneys (B-C) were similar.</p
