<p>Breathing disorders during sleep were identified by polysomnography, which was taken at night, from 22:00–23:00 to 05:00 a.m. To diagnose and grade the severity of obstructive sleep apnoea, the number of apnoeas and hypopnoeas per hour was reported and the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apnea-hypopnea_index" target="_blank">apnoea-hypopnoea index</a> (AHI) calculated. Correlations between PAI-1 concentrations and polysomnographic parameters: (A) AHI, (B) RDT, (C) SpO<sub>2</sub> mean, (D) SpO<sub>2</sub> min. r and p values were calculated by Spearman’s rank order correlation test.</p
