<p>Thioglycollate-elicited primary macrophages and RAW 264.7 cells were stimulated with recombinant SAA (2.0 μg/ml) in the absence or presence of HDL (100 μg/ml) for 16 h, and the extracellular levels of cytokines and chemokines were determined by Cytokine Antibody Arrays.
