Glycoproteins are important biomarkers and therapeutic targets in clinical diagnostics. The conventional analytical methods for glycoprotein are usually faced with some challenges, such as the complex pretreatment of samples, poor availability, and limited stability of antibody, making them not suitable for point-of-care and on-site application.
