Expression of JMJD2B increased during differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and in the white adipose tissue of HFD mice.

<p>(A) The 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were differentiated in the differentiation medium. At the indicated time, the expression of JMJD2B was measured by qPCR.
