Overexpression of JMJD2B decreased the enrichment of H3K9me3 and H3K9me2 on the promoters of PPARγ and C/EBPα.

<p>The 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were transfected with JMJD2B expression vector and differentiated in the differentiation medium for four days. The enrichment of H3K9me3 (A) and H3K9me2 (B) was analyzed on the promoter of PPARγ and C/EBPα by ChIP-qPCR.
