Relative quantification of endothelin receptor mRNA with quantitative real-time-PCR.

<p>mRNA from cardiac tissue was reversely transcribed and analyzed using TaqMan probes and primers specific for the ET_A receptor <b>(A)</b> or the ET_B receptor <b>(B)</b>, respectively. The geometric mean of the expression of RPL13A, TPT1 and TOP2B served as endogenous reference. Results were obtained in duplicates and analyzed using the ΔΔCT-method.
