<p>The level of protein carbonylation (PC) in <i>Fasciola gigantica</i> worms treated with different concentrations (20, 40 and 60 μM) of Curcumin (A) and Thymoquinone (B). Both the compounds produced significant increase in PC level in a concentration dependent manner. NC: RPMI control, D: DMSO control, Curcumin at 20 μM (C20), 40 μM (C40) and 60 μM (C60) concentration; Thymoquinone at 20 μM (T20), 40 μM (T40) and 60 μM (T60) concentration.
