The tar.gz archive contains 4 folders. "dev_time_Nconst" contains the code for simulations of the evolution of development time; "it_Nconst" and "it_Nconst_S" contain the code for simulations of the evolution of adult survival, in the absence and in the presence of selection respectively; "pfix" contains the code used to compute the probability of fixation in the article. All the programs are in R. In each folder, the code for simulations has a name that starts with "code_". Other R files that were used to analyze the raw results and plot figures are also provided, along with .txt files that contain simulation results (in folders named "results").
