Analysis of immune-relevant genes differentially represented between <i>Bg</i>BAR, <i>Bg</i>VEN, <i>Bg</i>GUA and <i>Bg</i>BRE reference transcriptome.

<p>(A) Histograms showing the proportion of genes bearing immune-relevant protein domains that were differentially represented (DESeq 2 analysis) in <i>Bg</i>BAR (yellow), <i>Bg</i>VEN (green) and <i>Bg</i>GUA (blue) versus <i>Bg</i>BRE.
