Sensitivity of <i>Plscr1</i>^<i>-/-</i> mice to histamine.

<p>Thermal probes were inserted under the dorsal skin of wild-type (WT) and <i>Plscr1</i>^<i>-/-</i> (KO) mice. The following day mice were injected i.v. with 5 μmol histamine. The drop in their body temperature was monitored using a thermal probe reader. Data are presented as ± s.e.m. with n = 6 mice per group (3 experiments). Statistical analysis was done using a two-way ANOVA. ns: non significant.
