Estudio de la magneto resistencia en el compuesto ternario Cu2GeSe3 Villarreal, Manuel y Fernández, Braulio J. Resumen En este trabajo presentamos el estudio de la magnetoresistencia Ap / po del compuesto ternario Cu2GeSe3 tipo-p en función de campo magnético, de 2 a 16 kG, y en un rango de temperaturas de 80 a 300 K. DEl ajuste de la magnetoresistencia se obtienen los valores de la movilidad de arrastre de los portadores, observandose una clara dependencia con la movilidad de Hall, donde el factor de Hall es cercano a la unidad.
