Relationship between serum progesterone levels and top-quality blastocyst formation rate.

<p>With an increase in progesterone levels at induction, a decrease in top-quality blastocyst is observed. The decrease in top-quality blastocyst formation rate was found to be statistically significant after dividing patients into groups based on four different cut-off values of serum P levels: < or ≥ 1.0 ng/ml (p <0.01), < or ≥ 1.5 ng/ml (p <0.01), < or ≥ 2.0 ng/ml (p <0.01) and < or ≥ 2.5 ng/ml (p <0.01).
