This document provides a detailed description regarding how the analyses in Wilcox and Rousselet (2017) were performed. In particular, the R commands and resulting output are displayed. The general goal was to describe and illustrate some of the many improved methods for comparing groups and studying associations. General suggestions are made about which methods perform relatively well. Also attached are the data files used in the analyses.
