<p>(A and B) HaCaT cells (A) and primary human keratinocytes (B) were irradiated with 100 J/m2 UVB and then cultured for 24 h in the absence or presence of rIL-22 (20 ng/ml). Culture supernatants were collected, and the levels of IL-1α, IL-6, and IL-18 were measured by ELISA. Each sample was run in triplicate, and the results are representative of three independent experiments. The data are presented as the means ± SD. *<i>p</i> < 0.05, **<i>p</i> < 0.001, ***<i>p</i> < 0.0001.</p
