PGE2 inhibits Tr1 differentiation in vivo.

<p>(A) Schematic of timeline and experimental groups. <i>Il10</i>^<i>gfp</i> mice were injected i.p. with vehicle, 20 μg/ml anti-CD3 or anti-CD3 and 4μg dmPGE2 at 0hr and 48hr.
