<p>Sirius Red + Fast Green histological staining for total collagen a.) 4 months and b.) 9 months after treatment. Two series of sections were obtained from each heart, with the second series of histology samples sectioned approximately 50 μm deeper into the heart. Statistical analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA and repeated measures ANOVA.
