<p>Upper, total p53 was detected using a pan-p53 antibody in an ELISA kit. Lower, acetylated p53 levels were detected using an acetylated p53 ELISA kit. Although total p53 increased and acetylated p53 decreased across the three brain regions in WT mice following ethanol exposure, the differences were not significant for any comparison. Mean and standard error of the mean are shown n = 3 per group.</p
