<p>(A) CD34+ cells were isolated from human cord blood and cultured in serum-free medium with early acting cytokines. Single-cell quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to analyse single-cell transcription at 0 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h.
