Requirement of thymus for the development of MSH2-/- BM derived thymic lymphomas.

<p>(A). 2x10⁶ BM cells from 6–8 weeks old MSH2-/- mice (n = 3) were transplanted into lethally irradiated WT control or thymectomized mice (n = 10 per group). 8 weeks after transplantation, donor chimerism in the peripheral blood was analyzed and quantitated. Similar results were obtained in two independent experiments. Error bars indicate the SD, and significance was determined by a two-tailed t test. (B).
