<p>Expression levels of miR-15a, 16, 21, 31, 92a-1, 146a, and 155 after treatment of A549 cells with 5 μM compounds 2 (A), 3 (B), and 4 (C) were determined via qRT-PCR. miRNA expression levels were normalized against <i>RNU6B</i>, and the values shown are relative to those of cells treated with DMSO alone.
