FcεRI stimulated degranulation and cytokine production is impaired in BMMC derived from <i>PI3KC2β</i>^<i>-/-</i> mice.

<p>A. 1 X 10⁶ PI3KC2β^+/+ and PI3KC2β^-/- BMMCs were plated into 96 well plates, senstitized with anti-DNP IgE, and then stimulated with various concentrations of DNP-HSA for 30 minutes and β-hexosaminadase release into the supernatants are shown after correcting for spontaneous release is shown. ***p<0.001 or *p<0.05 as compared to the release measured in <i>PI3KC2β</i>^<i>+/+</i> and <i>PI3KC2β</i>^<i>-/-</i> at the same concentration.
