<p>Temperatures have increased by 1.9°C during the period of record, 1910–2015 (linear regression, p < 10⁻¹²). Tahoe City forms the southwestern vertex of the Pluto triangle (<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0181834#pone.0181834.g001" target="_blank">Fig 1</a>).
